Return policy
We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or used, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable products (such as food, flowers or plants), personalized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Trades
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the item you want.
14-day withdrawal period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As previously mentioned, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or used, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, it will automatically be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
